Discernment, Clarity and Insight

By letting data for example anger be as it is, mind settles into its natural condition. Mind naturally opens up into the spaciousness and potency of its native condition, letting it be exactly as it is, and in that restful potency the actual nature of the mind is simply left to be. Then the thinking that comes about is thinking based on discernment, clarity and insight rather than a story about anger. Then the speech, in whatever form it is—in speaking or writing or whatever it may be—is informed by the settled nature of the mind, by the discernment, clarity and insight rather than the story about the anger. The qualities and activities of the body follow along as well.
