Mastery Over Thoughts And Emotions

Initially you see within yourself that you’re actually the master of your display of thoughts and emotions. This is how you first become familiar with this principle of very powerful open intelligence. It’s likely that most of your life you have felt at the whim of your thoughts and emotions to one degree or another. By gaining confidence in open intelligence, whereas you once thought you were at the whim of thoughts and emotions, you find that open intelligence has mastery over thoughts and emotions.

Complete Mastery

Within us we have complete mastery over all thoughts and emotions and experiences; that’s our natural state, and if we don’t know that to be the case it’s simply because we haven’t become familiar with that.

Thoughts Vanish Naturally

In open intelligence there is incredible power. First of all we notice that when we gain confidence in open intelligence by maintaining open intelligence for short moments repeated many times, we find that we are not as affected by our thinking anymore. We find that our thoughts vanish naturally like a line drawn in water, or like the flight path of a bird in the sky. There isn’t anything we need to do about the thinking; it is spontaneous and free in its own place. It resolves itself. It is spontaneously self-releasing with nothing needing to be done about it.

Lifestyle Choice

Many of us believe believe certain of our thoughts are very destructive and we somehow have to keep those under control, and others are beneficial and we need to cultivate or encourage those. That’s certainly a lifestyle choice; however, there is another lifestyle choice. The other choice is to gain confidence in open intelligence as the solution to all problems rather than trying to patch together problems based on putting thoughts together and formulating some kind of perfect puzzle of thinking that’s somehow going to create perfect thinking.
